By the present Appeal under Section 14-A of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, the appellants/original accused take exception to the order dated 24.03.2026, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Beed, in Criminal Bail Application No. 187/2026, whereby the learned Judge declined to release the present appellant on regular bail in connection with Crime No. 039 of 2026, registered with Talwada Police Station, District Beed on 14.02.2026, for the offences punishable under Sections 74, 118(1), 324(1)(2)(5), 332(c), 189(2), 190, 191(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w) (i), 3(1)(w)(ii) and 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
