In both these appeals, the appellants/accused are challenging the orders dated 31.03.2026, passed below Exh.1 in Criminal Bail Application No.112 of 2026 and Cri. Bail Application No.119 of 2026, thereby the learned Special Judge / Additional Sessions Judge, Nandurbar, declined to release the appellants /

(( 2 )) 909-Cri-Apeals-233 & 239-2026 accused on regular bail in connection with Crime No.378 of 2026, registered with Nandurbar City Police Station, District Nandurbar on 17.03.2026, for the offence punishable under Sections 109(1), 189(2), 191(2), 190, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3), 324(4) of B.N.S., under Section 37(1), 37(3), 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, under Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 20.04.2026.
