Peruse the affidavit filed by API Bhansi, to whom the Investigating Officer authorised to file the affidavit. In paragraph No.7 of the affidavit, he categorically stated that on 19.04.2026, a notice was served on the Informant, i.e. Respondent No. 2. Accordingly, he has annexed a copy of the notice of service on Respondent No. 2. The said notice bears the acknowledgement of Respondent No. 2. 2.

Despite the said fact, no one appears on his behalf. Hence, learned Advocate Mr. Arvind Jadhav, who is present in the Court, expressed his willingness to appear on behalf of Respondent No. 2. Accordingly, Advocate Mr. Arvind Jadhav is appointed to represent
