1. Heard Mr. Pundalik Verlekar, the Applicant in person, who appeared through V.C. He submits that at present he is residing at Flat
No. S-05, 2nd Floor, Hanuman Residency, Belgaum and his Mobile No. is 9146538358. He submitted that on account of the medical emergency in his family, he could not personally remain present in the Court, pursuant to the order dated 05.12.2025.
2. This Court in the order dated 05.12.2025 has recorded the Applicant's conduct in the proceedings. It is also recorded that the reasons given by the Applicant, so far, does not inspire confidence, therefore, Non Bailable Warrant was issued on last three occasions to the Applicant.
3. I have perused the record, which clearly indicates that the Applicant has abused the process of law over years. In view thereof, as and by way of last chance to the Applicant, list this matter on 26.02.2026.
4. The Applicant who is present in person through V.C. undertakes to this Court that he shall personally remain present before this Court on 26.02.2026 and shall pay the compensation amount to the Respondent on or before 25.02.2026.
The undertaking given by the Applicant is accepted. If the Applicant does not remain personally present on 26.02.2026 or does not pay the compensation amount to the Respondent on or before 25.02.2026, the interim protection granted to the Applicant shall stand vacated forthwith.
5. Stand over to 26.02.2026.
