This is an application filed by the Applicant seeking withdrawal of the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) deposited by the Respondent in this Court along with interest, if any, accrued thereon.

2. Perused the application. The applicant has made out a case for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) in part payment of the total compensation amount of Rs.12,20,000/-, subject to the final outcome of the Revision application.

3. In view thereof, the Registry is directed to disburse an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) along with interest, if any, 12th March, 2026

CRMA 9 2026 accrued thereon, by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Applicant upon furnishing his name and valid identification. It is clarified that the aforesaid withdrawal is granted without prejudice to the rights of the Applicant to claim the said amount subject to the final outcome of the Revision Application.
