1. This application was disposed of vide order dated 12.03.2026.
2. Vide this application, the Applicant sought withdrawal of the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) deposited by the Applicant in this Court along with interest, if any, accrued thereon.
3. At paragraph 3 of the aforesaid order, this Court had directed the Registry to disburse an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) along with interest, if any, by way of Demand Draft in favour of the Applicant upon furnishing his name and valid identity.
4. It was also clarified that the aforesaid withdrawal was granted 15th April, 2026
CRMA 9 2026 without prejudice to the right of the Applicant to claim the said amount subject to the final outcome to the Applicant.
5. Today, it is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant that although the Applicant had approached the Registry with an application for release of amount in terms of the order dated 12.03.2026, along with a pursis producing the copy of the Aadhar Card, Voter Card and Pan Card in proof of his name and valid identification, the Registry had not disbursed the said amount to the Applicant.
6. The Aadhar Card and Pan Card of the Applicant annexed to the pursis is sufficient identification of the Applicant. Resultantly, the Registry is directed to release the amount in compliance to the order of this Court dated 12.03.2026.
