The present Criminal Revision Application was filed by the applicant - State against the order granting anticipatory bail to the NonApplicant. 2.

A Revision Application is not maintainable, in view of the reported Judgment of the High Court in the case of State of Maharashtra -Vrs.- Sanjay Moreshwar Damle and Others, reported in 1999(3) Mh.L.J. Page 881.
