The present Revision is preferred against the order granting regular bail to the accused/nonapplicants. 2.

A Revision is not maintainable against the said order as was held by this Court in the case of State of Maharashtra -Vrs.- Sanjay Moreshwar Damle and Others, reported in 1999(3) Mh.L.J. Page 881. 3.

Since the revision is not maintainable, the applicant - State is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings. The Criminal Revision Application is accordingly disposed of.
