Wakhore, Advocate for the applicant. Mr. K.R. Lule, A.P.P. for the non-applicant/State. CORAM: MRS. VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, J.

DATED: 24.4.2026.

The applicant has filed this revision application challenging the order passed by the Sessions Court rejecting the application for condonation of delay in challenging the order passed by the J.M.F.C. Court rejecting the discharge application.

2.

After going through the order passed by the Sessions Court, it appears that charge is framed and at the time of evidence the witnesses had not turned up.

3.

The applicant was confused whether to challenge the impugned order or to face the trial and that is stated to be the reason for the delay, which is rightly rejected by the Sessions Court. Hence, the revision application is rejected at the stage of admission. (MRS. VRUSHALI V. JOSHI, J.) Tambaskar.
