The learned Advocate for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Petitioner desires to withdraw this Petition and file a complaint under Section 175(3) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS, 2023').

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions. If the Petitioner lodges a complaint under Section 175(3) of the BNSS, 2023, all contentions are kept open and the withdrawal of this Petition would not be an impediment.
