19th JANUARY 2026 PC:- The petitioner seeks a direction to the Senior Police Inspector, Bhoiwada Police Station to register a First Information Report on the basis of his complaint dated 11th September 2025 vide Exh.A at page no. 21. 2.

On a glance at page no. 21, we gathered that the said complaint is said to have been given to the DCP, Zone-IV (Matunga). There is no statement made by the petitioner in the writ petition as to how he submitted this complaint to the DCP, Zone-IV. There is an endorsement, handwritten with a rubber stamp at page no. 21, with respect to which

6-CRWP-110-2026.DOC a submission has been made that the said complaint was made to the Senior Police Inspector. The complaint made by the petitioner arises out of an allegation made by him against Sudhakar Rane that he cheated him by making false representation and induced him to undergo the Sanitary Inspector Diploma Course.

We are conscious that our observations in this writ petition may shut the door for the petitioner forever. However, we are inclined to observed that we do not find a prima facie case to entertain this writ petition. 4.

Writ Petition No. 110 of 2026 is dismissed.
