The petitioner prays for the following reliefs :- "a) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the necessary record and proceedings in FIR/Crime No. 1397/2024, dated 21.09.2024, Exhibit-A, being investigated by the Respondent No. 2 and after verifying the legality and validity of the powers exercised by the Respondent No. 2 in issuing the cryptic and vague impugned Summons dated 18.12.2025, Exhibit-B and 22.12.2025, Exhibit-D, under Section 94 of the BNSS, 2023, be pleased to quash and setaside the same; b) that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of prohibition or any appropriate writ, order and direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India ordering and prohibiting the Respondent No. 2 from issuing of Summons exercising powers under Section 94 of the BNSS, 2023, requiring the presence of the Petitioner." 2.

Ms. Anjali Joshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. 3.
