The main prayer in this Petition is for directions to conduct fair investigation. The grievance of the Petitioner is that, some objectionable video was circulated and therefore, she wanted action to be taken against those who had circulated that video. 2.

Learned A.P.P. produced statements of three witnesses, who according to the Petitioner and her husband had received the video. However, all of them have denied that they had received any such video. The handsets of the main Accused and those witnesses were Manisha 1/2

22-WP-136-2026.doc seized and were sent for analysis to Cyber Cell. Even then, nothing incriminating was revealed. In this background, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press this Petition at this stage. In case, in future any further cause of action arises, the Petitioner is at liberty to adopt appropriate proceeding in accordance with law. With these observations, the Writ Petition No.136 of 2026 is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of.
