The present petition challenges the order in Cr. No. 395/2025 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Barshi. By way of said order, the Magistrate has rejected the application filed by the applicants, and more particularly accused No. 5, seeking his release on cash surety in furtherance of the order of default bail dated 02.03.2026.

The learned APP places across the bench a copy of the order below Exh. 1 in Criminal Bail Application Nos. 181 of 2026, 196 of 2026 and 199 of 2026 which is dated 27.03.2026. The said order is 1 of
