2. It is submitted that after the order dated 30.4.2026, the Petitioner has appeared before the learned Magistrate in the pending proceeding No.OA/228/2023/E

3. Ms Kamat, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, makes a statement that the Petitioner shall appear before the learned Magistrate and shall co-operate in the proceedings. The statement made by Ms Kamat on instructions on behalf of the Petitioner is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

4. In view thereof, the learned Magistrate shall pass appropriate orders in respect of the proclamation order dated 13.2.2026 and the NBW order dated 3.9.2024.

5. Hence, nothing further survives in the present petition, and the petition stands disposed of by consent.
