By the present Petition, the Petitioner is seeking following relief :

"(a) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari thereby calling for the records and proceedings in connection with F.I.R. No. 0434 dated 17th December 2025 registered with Taloja Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 318(4) read with Section 3(5) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha, 2023 and after going through the legality and propriety, be pleased to quash and set aside F.I.R. No. 0434 dated 17th December 2025 registered with Taloja Police Talwalkar

After having heard the Petition for some time, Mr. Amogh Karandikar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought pass over to take instructions from the Petitioner. After some time, at his request, the matter was taken up on board. Mr. Karandikar, on instructions from the Petitioner craves leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. Mr. Kiran Shinde, learned APP for the State does not object to the said request made by Mr. Karandikar, Advocate for the Petitioner. 3.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. If such an application is filed, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.
