CORAM : SHREE CHANDRASHEKHAR, CJ & GAUTAM A. ANKHAD, J.

DATE : 12th FEBRUARY 2026.

P.C. :

While the investigation in C. R. No. 88 of 2022 seems to be pending, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction for transfer of investigation to any other independent investigating agency. What appears from the materials on record is that the petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the police has not arrested the accused even after his anticipatory bail application was dismissed. 2.

This is not case of such a magnitude which requires exercise of extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

3.

Writ Petition No. 231 of 2026 is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail of statutory remedy in law at appropriate time. Digitally signed by JAYANT VISHWANATH SALUNKE Date:
