By the present Petition, the Petitioners have sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a) of the Petition, which reads as follows:

a. That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for the records and proceedings of F.I.R. bearing No. 0553 of 2025 dated 27/11/2025 lodged with Traumbe Police Station by the Respondent No.2 and after going through the legality and validity of the said F.I.R, be pleased to

quash and set-aside the same and the subsequent proceedings as against the Petitioners.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Nilesh Wable, learned Advocate for the Petitioners sought a passover. After sometime the matter was taken up at his request. Mr. Nilesh Wable on instructions from the Petitioners craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. Request made by Mr. Wable, is not objected to by Ms. Dabholkar, learned APP appearing for the State. 3.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. If such Application is filed the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 253 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
