It is the contention of the petitioner that the Respondent No.7 has been illegally detained by Respondent Nos.5 and 6. We direct Respondent No.4- The Police Station In-charge, Bhudargad Police Station, Bhudargad, Kolhapur, to produce Respondent No. 7 before this Court on 4th May 2026. 4.

Stand over to 4th May 2026. To be shown First on Board." 2.

Pursuant to the said order dated 30.04.2026, respondent No.4 Police In-charge, Police Station Bhudargad, District Kolhapur, has produced respondent No.7 before this Court. Respondent No.7, who is personally present in this Court states that she wants to stay with her parents.

In view of above, Mr. Sudarshan Patil, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, on instructions of the petitioner, who is personally present in the Court, seeks withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
