It is the submission of Mr. Kharat, learned counsel for the petitioner, that pursuant to the order dated 10th April 2026, an application has been submitted to the Jail Authority. However, the same was not accepted on the ground that the petitioner himself was required to submit the application. He submits that the application has, therefore, been sent by post. A photocopy of the said application is handed over to the learned APP in Court.
