It is a submission of Ms. Tapkire, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that petitioner's son has committed suicide and, therefore, relief sought is of lodging of FIR and investigate into the said crime. 2.
Ms. Rane, learned APP submits that police have recovered the suicide note and recorded panchanama on 8th July 2025. She submits that on the basis of said suicide note and other material, the police will take appropriate action in accordance with law within reasonable time. Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

In view of the said statement made by learned APP, at this stage, it is not necessary to consider various reliefs sought in the writ petition. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh petition, if the police fail to take action in accordance with law.
