By the present Writ Petition iled under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking the relief of habeas corpus.

It is the contention of the Petitioner that Ms. Shweta Dharanendra Desai is not being allowed to go out of the house and even use a cell phone by Respondent No.7 - Dharanendra Desai i.e. father of said Ms. Shweta.

Today, Respondent No.7 - Dharanendra Desai is personally present in Court along with said Ms. Shweta Dharanendra Desai. 4.

We have interacted with Ms. Shweta Dharanendra Desai, who is an adult, aged 29 years, and she states that she does not want to stay with Respondent No.7 - Dharanendra Desai.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by Ms. Shweta Dharanendra Desai, Respondent No.7 - Dharanendra Desai and his wife - Pratibha Desai, who are the parents of Ms. Shweta, state that they have no objection to Ms. Shweta Desai residing wherever she wishes. 6.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by recording the aforesaid statement of Respondent No.7.
