In the present writ petition, on 6th May 2026, this Court had passed following order :

This is a writ petition wherein the relief sought is habeas corpus.

Accordingly, respondent No. 3 - Shashkiya Tejaswani Mahila Vasti Graha has produced the detenue before this Court. She has stated that she is married to the petitioner and that she wants to stay with him. She further states that today itself she will go along with the petitioner. The detenue is a major. Accordingly, there is no impediment in permitting the detenue to go along with the petitioner. The petitioner, who is personally present, also states that he will take care of the detenue. 3.

Stand over to 7th May 2026 at 6.00 p.m. in Chamber. 2.

Mr. Choudhari, learned APP, states that the said order has been complied with and that the detenue is now staying with the petitioner. 3.

Thus, the writ petition is disposed of.
