This Petition is filed with various prayers. The first prayer is for inclusion of offence of forgery in the investigation. The second prayer is for transfer of investigation to CID or Crime Branch and the third prayer is for direction for preservation of evidence and other documents. Learned APP on instructions stated that in the last week the investigation is MANUSHREE NESARIKAR taken over by a different Investigating Officer API Maya Patil. by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2026.02.03 13:56:30 +0530 2.
The statement is recorded and accepted. In view of this Nesarikar

Learned APP also makes a statement that the new Investigating Officer shall record supplementary statement of the first informant. This statement made by learned APP is also recorded and accepted.

It is needless to add that depending on the supplementary statement, the Investigating Officer shall take steps in accordance with law to investigate the matter in the right direction. She will follow all the procedures in accordance with law to investigate into such offence.

With these directions, no further directions are necessary at this stage.
