Mr. Shukla, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, states that the said Order has been complied with and accordingly an amount of Rs.9,00,000/- has been deposited in the Court of the learned JMFC, Court No.49, Vikhroli, Mumbai. He further states that, in fact, Respondent No.1 has withdrawn the said amount. 3.

Accordingly, no further Orders are required.
