Mr. Barsawade, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, after arguing the matter for some time, on instructions, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition. However, he states that the Petitioner be granted time of 3 months to pay the arrears.

The arrears are of about Rs.22,00,000/-. Accordingly, the Petitioner is granted time to pay the arrears upto 30th April 2026. 3.

The Petitioner shall pay to the Respondent No.1 an amount of Rs.25,000/- per month on or before 10th day of each month. First such payment shall be made on or before 10th February 2026.

No coercive steps be taken against the Petitioner till 30th April 2026.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to above.
