The petitioner prays for the following reliefs :- "a.

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the M. R. A. Marg Police Station, Respondent No. 5 to register an AIR in connection with complaint dated 17th May 2025 filed against Kamlesh Thakur for having committed offences u/sec 279, 324, 329(1), 329(3), 330(1), 330(2), 351(1), 352 r/w 35 of the BNS, 2023 on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and just; b.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to transfer the investigation of the complaint dated 17th May 2025 filed against Mr. Kamlesh Thakur for having committed offences u/sec 279, 324, 329(1)(2), 329(3), 330(1), 330(2), 351(1), 352 r/w 35 of the BNS, 2023 to any other police station in the Jurisdiction of Zone-1 and direct the concerned police station to investigate the complaint, on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and just." 2.

Ms. Sonal V. Parab, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail of appropriate remedy as available to the petitioner in law. 3.

Writ Petition No. 403 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner.
