Mr. Kaushal Mor, the learned counsel for the petitioners states that arrest of the petitioners effected on 19th January 2026 is illegal as grounds of arrest as required by law were not furnished to the petitioners and the reasons for arrest do not make out a case for arresting the petitioners.
