This petition is preferred through prison seeking an expedite hearing of the MCOCA case No. 52/2023, arising out of CR No. 486/2022 registered with the Shantinagar Police Station.

In the petition it is mentioned that, the petitioner is in custody since 04th September, 2022. The charge has been by SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI Date: 2026.02.10 11:05:32 +0530 SANTOSH SUBHASH KULKARNI framed prior to 14 months. However, no witness has been examined.

The learned Judge seized with Sessions (Special) case arising out of CR No. 486/2022 registered with Shantinagar Police Station, is requested to make an endeavor to hear and decide the said case as expeditiously as possible. SAINATH 1/2
