By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following relief in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b):- a.
Issue a writ of Certiorari or any appropriate writ quashing the order dated 13.05.2025 passed by the Learned Sessions Judge, Thane in SPL ACB Case no. 28 of 2016.

Declare the charge framed on dated 13.05.2025 vide Exh-300 in SPL Case ACB No.l 28 of 2016 vide c.r.no. I-123 of 2015 registered at Kopri Police Station during pendency of Criminal Revision Application No 185 of 2025 and subsequently Arjun
911-WP-432-2026.doc proceeding trial during the pendency. IA No. 4579 of 2025 @ REVNST/24663/2025 AS NULL AND VOID.

Ms. Kamini Yadav, learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that trial in Special ACB Case No. 28 of 2016 before the Court of 8th Additional Sessions Judge At Thane Court, has commenced and has advanced substantially. She therefore on instructions from the Petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition. 4.
Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP for the Respondent - State, on instructions submits that trial has infact commenced and is progressing. He therefore does not object to the request made by Ms. Kamini Yadav, learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 5.
In view of the statement made by Ms. Kamini Yadav, learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the no objection by Mr. Sukanta Karmakar, learned APP, leave is granted to withdraw the present Petition.

Criminal Writ Petition No. 432 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
