In view of the statement made by Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent, Mr. Indraraj Yadav, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions from the Petitioners, craves leave to withdraw both the Petitioners with liberty to file composite Petitions at an appropriate stage challenging the FIR, charge-sheet and the order taking cognizance. 4.
Request made by Mr. Indraraj Yadav, learned Advocate for the Petitioners is not objected by Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned A.P.P. for the State/Respondent.
