Having regard to the grievance made in this writ petition that the police is not taking proper and sufficient steps in the matter, Mr. J. P. Yagnik, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that the proceedings under sections 82 and 83 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 have been initiated and look-out notice has been issued against the accused, Mr. Ashish Chordiya, Chief Executive of Precision Cars India Limited and Director of Shreyans Motors Private Limited 2.

At this stage, we are not inclined to issue any direction in this matter and the proceedings in this writ petition are closed leaving it open to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum/Court at an appropriate stage.
