The petitioner states that he is a former member of the Armed Force Police, Naigaon, Mumbai. He is seeking as many as 18 directions in this writ petition. He states that the application filed before the Additional Sessions Judge for initiating a departmental inquiry against the Additional Commissioner of Police was dismissed on 30th September 2023 but the respondent-police officer approached him in Jail and pressurized him to turn approver. 2.

On such facts, the petitioner cannot maintain this writ petition. He has adequate alternative remedy in law which he may avail of.
