Mr. Sharma, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, in terms of the order passed by the learned Sessions Judge on 07th October, 2025, the petitioner is willing to appear before the learned Sessions Judge in the next week. 3.

Let the petitioner appear before the learned Sessions Judge in terms of the order dated 07th October, 2025 on 05th March, 2026.

In the meanwhile, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner till 05th March, 2026.
