By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).

"a) That this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to quash and set aside the FIR in Crime No. 135 of 2013 registered by Sahar Police Station and the consequential chargesheet filed against the present Petitioner in Case No. 1239/PW/2013.

b) To discharge Petitioner in the above matter in the best interest of justice."

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Raghava, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions from the Petitioner craves leave to unconditionally withdraw the present Petition. Request made is not objected to by Mr. Tanveer Khan, learned APP for the State.
