By the present Petition, the Petitioners had sought for the following substantive relief in terms of prayer clause (b) : "b.

This Hon'ble Court may as per article 226 of Indian constitution read with 482 of Crpc, be pleased to quash and set aside FIR bearing C.R. No. 450 of 2025 registered by the Respondent for offences punishable under sections 85, 115(2), 352, 351, 3 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 Nirmal Nagar Police Station and all proceedings arising therefrom;" Talwalkar

Mr. Sandeep Karnik, learned Advocate for the Petitioners on instructions from the Petitioners craves leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. Request made by Mr. Sandeep Karnik, not objected to by Mr. Prasanna Malshe, learned APP for the State.

In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw this Petition with liberty as prayed. If an application seeking discharge is filed before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.

Writ Petition No. 459 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn.
