Today, when the Petition was called out, the parties informed that the Respondent No. 2 (Complainant) is unable to appear before this Court. Mr. Shashwat Nehete Advocate for the Respondent No. 2, requests for a date in the first week of March (i.e. on 9th March, 2026).

Mr. Aditya Mishra and Mr. Shashwat Nehete state that the Petitioners and Respondent No. 2 shall remain present in Court.
