"a. that this Hon'ble Court to pass appropriate writ order and direction directing the Respondents to take cognizance in respect of complaint made by the petitioner vide letter dt. 04/10/2025 by making necessary investigation including to re-opening the case to carry out investigation and take cognizance on such terms as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper.

OR IN ALTERNATE b. that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to transfer the investigation to any other investigating agency to carry out necessary investigation pursuant to complaint made by the petitioner being letter dt. 4/10/2025 on such terms as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper. c.

that interim and ad-interim reliefs in terms of prayer (a) & (b) above; d.

that cost of this Petition be provided for."
