By the present Petition, the Petitioners have sought for the following substantive reliefs in prayer clause (b):- "b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to quash and set aside the FIR bearing C. R. No.1194 of 2025 dated 25/12/2025 registered with the Mulund Police Station, Dist: Mumbai, for the offences punishable u/s.420 r/w.34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, qua Petitioners."
