By the present Petition, Petitioner has sought for the following substantive relief:

a. That this Hon'ble Court, exercising powers under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 and under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, may be pleased to quash and set aside FIR bearing C Petitioner IN Crime No.856 of 2024, registered with Kurar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections Arjun

61-wp-507-2026.doc 74, 316(2), 318(4), 336(2), 338,340(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 79, 3(5) of BNS, sections 7(1). 7A, 7(1)(b) 7(1)(c) 7(1) (d) 12, of Protection of Civil Rights Act and sections 3(1)(c) 3(1)(f) 3(1)(g) 3(1)(p) 3(1)(q) 3(1)(t) 3(1)(s) 3(2) (va), 3(2), 3(v) of Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act against Petitioner. Mumbai. against the Petitioner.

Ms. Shilpa Talhar, learned APP for the State on instructions from the Investigation Officer states that the Investigation Officer has filed "C" Summary Report. She therefore submits that this Petition is rendered infructuous and requests for disposal of this Criminal Writ Petition.

Ms. Varsha Mishra, learned Advocate for the Petitioner on instructions states that the Petition be disposed of on the basis of the statement made by Ms. Shilpa Talhar, learned APP. 4.

In view of the above, Writ Petition No. 507 of 2026 is dismissed as infructuous.
