He submits that the Petitioner No. 2 is dropped from the chargesheet. He therefore on instructions from the Petitioners craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to the Petitioner No. 1 to file composite Petition challenging the impugned FIR, chargesheet and the Order taking cognizance.
