By the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought for following relief:- a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow to issue writ of appropriate nature quashing the FIR No. 429 of 2025 dated 08/06/2025 registered at Satana Police.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Jayendra Khairnar, learned Advocate for the Petitioner craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an Application Arjun

In view of the statement made by Mr. Jayendra Khairnar on instructions from the Petitioner, leave granted to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. If such application is filed, same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.

In view of the above, Criminal Writ Petition No. 549 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn.
