Learned APP states that the Respondent No.3 does not reside within the jurisdiction of Nhava Sheva police station. He states that the correct police station would be Ulwe police station. Vide the order dated 11.03.2026 this Court had directed the Senior Inspector of Police of Nhava Sheva police station, Navi Mumbai to serve the notice on the Respondent No.3.

Hence, the following order:

O R D E R

i) Issue Notice to the Respondents, returnable on 01.04.2026.

ii) The Senior Inspector of Police, Ulwe police station, Navi Mumbai shall serve the notice on the Respondent No.3.

iii) The Respondent No.3 shall bring the daughter of the Petitioner and the Respondent No.3 to the Court on 01.04.2026; at 11:00a.m.; as he submits that the Petitioner has not seen his daughter since January 2024.

iv) Stand over to 01.04.2026.
