By the present Petition, the Petitioners have sought for the following substantive relief:

A)This Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow to issue writ of appropriate nature quashing the FIR No. 567 of 2025 dated 24/08/2025 registered at Satana Police.

After having heard the matter for some time, Mr. Jayendra Arjun

10-WP-601-2026.doc Khairnar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions from the Petitioners crave leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. Mr. Karmakar, learned APP for the State does not object to the said request of Mr. Jayendra Khairnar. 3.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Jayendra Khairnar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, leave granted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file an Application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. If such Application is filed, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above, Writ Petition No. 601 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
