By the present Petition the Petitioners have sought for the following substantive relief :- "a. By an appropriate Writ/direction/order of this Hon'ble Court, the FIR bearing its No.270 dated 21/12/2023 registered with Marine Drive Police Station at Mumbai for allegedly having committed the offenses punishable under section 408, 409, 420, 465, 468, 471, 120-B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code (which is annexed to the present petition at Exh "A") be entirely quashed and set aside against the present Petitioners.

After having argued the matter for some time, Mr. Chintan Shah, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, sought a passover to take instructions from the Petitioners. After some time, at this request the Petition was taken up. Mr.Chintan
(11) WP-650.26.DOCX Shah, on instructions from the Petitioners, craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a composite Petition upon filing of the chargesheet and upon cognizance being taken.

Mr. Sukanta Karmarkar, learned APP for the Respondent/State, does not object to the said request. 4.
In view of above, leave granted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty as prayed for.

All contentions of parties are left open.

The Writ Petition No.650 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn.
