I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2.
The prayers made in the present petition read thus: "a.
This Hon'ble court may kindly be pleased to order urgent maintenance of INR Rs.2,35,000/- in favour of the petitioner till final order by the Ld. Family Court; b.
This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to Direct the Ld. Family Court to expedite the case and decide final maintenance within 06 months;
c.
For interim and ad-interim reliefs in prayers (a) and (b); d.
For costs of this petition;
e.
Any other such order that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit;"

The application filed by the petitioner in respect of prayer (a) of the petition is still pending before the Family Court. There are no exceptional circumstances, to issues directions as sought in Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2
14-cr-wp-652-26.odt prayer clause (b). In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
