By the present Petition, the Petitioner has sought for following substantive relief:
a) This Hon'ble Court by exercising powers u/s. 528 of the B.N.S.S. r/w. Article 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India be pleased to quash the FIR bearing C. R. No. 0172 of 2025 registered on 5/5/2025 with Baramati Police Station, Pune for offences under Sections 316 (2), 361(5), 318(2), 318(3), 318(4), 319(2), 351(2), 351(3), 336(2), 336(3) read with Section 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and further proceeding initiated in C. R. No. 0172 of 2025;

After this matter was heard for some time, Mr. Abhishek Ingale, learned Advocate for the Petitioner sought a passover to take instructions from the Petitioner. After some time, at his request this Petition was taken up.

Mr. Abhishek Ingale, on instructions from the Petitioner craves leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a composite petition challenging the FIR, chargesheet and the order taking cognizance by the Court. Ms. Pallavi Dabholkar, learned APP does not object to the request made by Mr. Abhishek Ingale. 4.
In view of the above, leave granted to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file a composite petition as prayed. 5.
Criminal Writ Petition No. 674 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
