At the outset, the Petitioner, who appears in person, states that he will not appear in Criminal Appeal No.201 of 2025 or in any matters between Abedin Sham and Alyssa Chesson.

In view of the said statement made by the Petitioner, the impugned Order dated 19th December 2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court at Mazgaon, Greater Mumbai, below Exhibits 3 and 6 in Criminal Appeal No.201 of 2025, is quashed and set aside.

Ms. Sherigar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.2Alyssa Chesson, on instructions, states that the Complaint filed with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa will be withdrawn within a period of 15 days from today. The said statement made on instructions on

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
