By this Petition the Petitioners have sought for the following substantive relief :- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to exercise its extraordinary jurisdiction under Section 482 of the code of Criminal Procedure and in its Writ Jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India thereby quash the proceedings pending before the learned 71st Judicial Magistrate First Class Court at Bandra, Mumbai being C.C.No.1577/PW/2025 for the offences punishable under sections 115(2), 177(2), 352, 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 registered with Vakola Station Mumbai F.I.R. being C.R.No.1256 of 2023 on such terms and conditions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 2.

After the matter was heard for some time, Mr. Lokesh Zade, learned Advocate for the Petitioners, on instructions from the Petitioners, craves leave to withdraw this Petition

(19) WP-696.26.DOCX with a liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage.

Mr. Tanveer G Khan, learned APP for the Respondent/State, does not object to the request made by Mr.Lokesh Zade, learned Advocate for the Petitioners. 4.

In view of the statement made by Mr. Lokesh Zade, the learned Advocate for the Petitioners, leave is granted to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file an application seeking discharge before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. If such an application is filed, the same be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law. 5.

Criminal Writ Petition No.696 of 2026 is disposed of as withdrawn.
