Mr. Vishwajeet Nimbalkar, learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that there is a technical error in this Petition, which requires major amendment and production of further documents. He on instructions from the Petitioners submits that instead of carrying out the amendment in the present Petition, he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh Petition.
